Golden Huts Resorts

Our team had a great time here for an office outing with QuickLaunch. It's around 60 km or more from Gurgaon, so a bit far, but it works well for office or family gatherings. The garden and the view of the sky and highway were striking. Rooms were average but spacious enough for at least three people, and the manager provided an extra mattress for our team members in each room. They need to improve their confidence, though, as it isn't very spacious, and the projector wasn't good. The food was delicious apart from the sweet dishes at the end.

A few weeks ago, we spent the night at this resort with a couple of friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the lawns were lovely for a stroll or a few games. The food was yummy, and the pool was worth a dip. It would be good to add a few more games for kids. A pleasant stay for the price.

Our two-day team trip became stressful, with problems at every turn. We were told dinner wouldn't be served until payment was made in advance, and the staff weren't coordinated, arguing among themselves. The food was poor, and if you choose non-veg, there's only one non-veg dish among the options. In cold weather the water was cold; later, a staff member rudely pulled me aside and said I had to let it run for 15 minutes before it got hot. The resort is right by the highway, with honking traffic and trucks speeding past while you try to relax outside. Get every price and service term in writing beforehand, because we were charged double for some services when the payment terms hadn't been written down. We ended up managing communication with the resort staff and lost all the fun we'd hoped for.

We keep coming back to Golden Huts for weekend get-togethers and work meetings, and it’s always a pleasure. The rooms are spacious, the pool is well looked after, and the greenery is beautifully kept. Staff are courteous and cooperative, which makes the stay very comfortable. There’s also a wide choice of good food, so food lovers should be happy.
