Hotel Mantri Residency

The room was in very bad condition, and the breakfast toast was moldy. The food quality was very poor. In my opinion, a hotel like this should be banned.

We booked food from the kitchen and it was tasty and well prepared. The rooms were a good size, and the location in Ranchi was one of the best. You can also book the place for weddings or small functions like birthday parties. Still, service needs improvement and feels like what you’d get in a Tier 3 city. Room lighting could use a mix of dim and bright options. The AC couldn’t be operated by remote, so we had to contact room service each time, and the choice of sanitary products could be better.

The arrangements were very poor, and the ACs weren’t working properly.

Room service was prompt and the food was tasty. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a large toilet, and the location is very good, close to Piska more. But the window AC is outdated and noisy, and the intercom doesn’t work properly. Front desk staff seemed inefficient and unprofessional. At check-in, we waited 10-15 minutes in reception while the receptionist was on a personal phone call.
