The room hadn't been cleaned, and the window was covered in vomit spots. Incredibly horrible. I won't book again, sorry. I had asked to check in an hour early so I could freshen up before leaving for the office, but they refused because of their policy. When I came back around 5 pm to check in at the scheduled time, the hotel staff kept me waiting. If check-in time was already in effect under their policy, why was I left waiting?

My mom was really happy and satisfied with the service, so I'm happy too. She was so impressed that she called me a million times asking me to leave a review. I couldn't post one on goibibo for some reason, so I'm writing it here. The transportation was perfect, and the staff prepared food for her journey. Thank you so much to the staff.

A decent budget hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet service was very slow. The uttappa wasn't cooked well, though the aaloo paratha was good. Some of us had asked for Jain options, but none were served, so we had to make do with bread and butter.

The room was clean and the service was good, though it felt a little pricey. The bathroom taps could use some attention too.

This stay was a real letdown compared with my first visit a year ago. The room wasn't cleaned properly, with visible stains, and room service was very slow. We had to ask twice for towels before getting them. Toiletries were missing too: after three requests at reception, they gave us just one dental kit for two people and nothing else. Treebo should do something about this.
