We had all the rooms booked for 10th may, but the owner said they wouldn’t keep that booking unless we also took the 7th May booking. Our Sangeet function on 7th may was canceled due to some issues, but we still needed the rooms for 10th may. Since it was for a marriage and there was no other hotel in that area, we had no options. This was a really sensitive situation, and they wouldn’t listen. Forcing us to cancel the 10th may booking too was very unprofessional. This hotel is not good at all.

They refused my Oyo prepaid booking, so I had to cancel it and pay cash to get a room, which was dirty. There was no natural light in the rooms. The staff were rude, the property wasn’t maintained, and the bedsheets and blankets were dirty. I’ll never come back.

They treated customers rudely and unprofessionally. I booked an AC room through oyo, but they asked for extra money at check-in, and the AC didn’t work. When I told management, they just said it wasn’t working and I should adjust. Booking online can get you into trouble because they may not give you a room and may ask for more money.

The food was good, and the hospitality was amazing. Everyone should visit this restaurant and try the food once in their life. They have very good food.

The AC wasn’t working in any of the rooms, and there was only a small fan. The rooms were filthy, with stinking pillow covers and bedsheets, and full of mosquitoes. You can’t imagine spending a whole day there.
