For rooms at this high a tariff, the service and ambience were nowhere near good enough. Housekeeping was lacking and rooms weren't cleaned. The restaurant was very poor too: breakfast arrived an hour after we ordered, and the morning tea came cold and full of sugar after many reminders and calls. We booked three super deluxe rooms for our guests for two days, and the stay was horrible. One room's AC didn't work at all, while water from the AC in another kept dripping and made the floor slippery. The lift got stuck at the 3rd. floor every time, so we had to take the stairs. The overall service was PATHETIC, and I'd never recommend anyone stay here.

We held a family function here, and everything went smoothly. The food and ambience were very nice, and the staff were polite and helpful. It's worth a visit.

A good spot for a small family party. The arrangements were really good, and the staff coordinated well and were supportive.

The atmosphere is very quiet, and the place connects well to the city. Rates are reasonable, and the staff are humble and quick with service. The rooms could use more upgrading.

There's not enough housekeeping staff, and the room wasn't cleaned. Food or tea orders take longer than usual because staff are lacking. For what they charge, the rooms and especially the bathroom aren't maintained properly. The tap doesn't work right.
