Hotel Churuwala Inn

Food was good, and the staff were polite. Room service was fast, security was available, and checkout could be done at any time. Parking was available, though stiff. There are some things that need work. Hospitality should improve, and guests shouldn't have to ask repeatedly for welcome or complimentary drinks or water at check-in. Prices need to be clear, and items sold at a higher price should be procured at that MRP. They also shouldn't bill above MRP.

Really awful experience 💔💔💔💔💔. Breakfast was included in my package and the stated time was 8-10, but nobody called or let me know anything. It should have been served on time. Such irresponsible behavior.

I made a booking, then got a call from the staff at midnight saying it wasn't confirmed and I'd need to pay extra. That's a very bad way to treat a client, and I had a really bad experience.

Breakfast was good, the staff were supportive, and the price wasn't too high compared with other places. The hotel itself seems good by comparison. But the biscuits and chocolates they put in the fridge at check-in looked complimentary to me, and later I was charged very high prices for them. The staff also lied about how many chocolates there were, saying four, then five. That gives the hotel people a cheap mentality.
