I stayed for a day. The hotel is close to the railway station, and the spacious rooms were neat and clean. Food was good and reasonably priced, though room service was very slow. All in all, it was good.

It’s right opposite the railway station, and the room I found was spacious and clean. The food was good too. With the metro station and rental bikes nearby, it works well if you need to travel early in the morning from Jaipur. Don’t choose it if you’re looking for a good view from the hotel.

A good option for transit accommodation, with budget-friendly rooms and staff who behave well. It’s right in front of Jaipur junction railway station, and the price seems fair for the room standard.

During my recent stay at HOTEL RAYA Inn, several staff members and the manager were rude and unwilling to help. Based on my experience, the hotel fell short of even basic professionalism and courtesy, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable throughout. I’d advise future guests to be cautious and make sure their belongings are safely managed.

The restaurant was barely occupied, with just three tables in use, but we sat waiting ten minutes and had to ask twice for a menu before anyone responded. The staff came across as arrogant and unprofessional, as if serving us were a favor. I tried raising it at reception, but the man there didn't listen or seem to care. He only nodded in a way that felt dismissive. The customer service was pathetic. I'd avoid this hotel and spend my time and money elsewhere.
