The rooms were clean and spacious, and the receptionist accommodated an early check-in for a reasonable charge. I couldn’t give a full 10/10 because of one staff member, an older man on the night shift who always seemed to be frowning. He said the space in front of the hotel was reserved for cars and that we had to park our bike in the basement. Our bike is actually more expensive than a regular hatchback, so I don’t understand the attitude toward bikes. Staff should know the difference between vehicles, or parking should be first come, first served. Blindly favoring one kind of vehicle doesn’t feel hospitable, especially in a hotel.

They charge you, then give you a room that isn’t clean or neat, with no housekeeping and no dental kit. They also didn’t provide a cushion or blanket for the extra bed. The staff behaved unprofessionally and unethically, as if guests were intruders, even though they were providing this service at no extra cost.

For 4 adults and 2 children, the family room had ample space and was neat and clean. It was definitely worth the money. There’s a parking lot, and the hotel is 1km from Kanyakumari temple.

The rooms were okay, but we never got hot water, even after letting a couple of buckets run. Check in only if you’re fine with bathing in cold water.
