We spent about ₹1.5 lakh on our baby girl's first birthday here, relying on the manager's assurances, but the service fell far short. He had promised to attend and make sure there were no complaints. On the day, he appeared only twice and didn't properly supervise the staff. The food service was embarrassing. Guests got only 4-5 spoons of soup each, and it seemed the non-vegetarian dishes, especially chicken, were being held back and served in very small amounts while vegetarian food was served properly. Food also came out before plates were ready. My family and I ended up going table to table to direct the staff, which shouldn't have been our job at a paid event. Waiters kept coming to me and my family asking for extra money because they said they needed it. That was completely unprofessional and spoiled the atmosphere on our child's special day. This was one of the worst event experiences we've had, and I wouldn't recommend the venue for family celebrations.

The venue looked breathtaking for our son ravi and new daughter karmjits wedding party on Saturday 21st February 26. The food quality was outstanding, and the variety was just right. Everyone on staff gave excellent service. Sandeep, Manpreet and Nitu were there whenever we needed them, and Rajesh, the booking manager, was attentive and exceptional. I would definitely recommend Hotel Park Regency Kapurthala for a party. Kashmir moore from kapurthala and England

The in-house restaurant was a nice surprise, with plenty of choice, tasty food, and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help. Park Regency Hotel in Kapurthala is centrally located and close to the main attractions. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
