Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was really good, and the setting was especially nice in the evening. The hotel was calm, with a clean room, comfortable bed, and basic amenities. It's easy to find on the highway, handy for a stop in Karad. Staff were polite and cooperative, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. I had a comfortable, pleasant night here while traveling and would stay again if I were in the area.

The location was quite good, with decent access to nearby attractions, and the staff were friendly and generally ready to help. My family and I had a fantastic holiday at Sapphire Premium Hotel & Suite. The rooms were clean and super comfortable, better than I expected. A wonderful experience I'd recommend! 👍💯

Pinnacle Restuarant is awesome, with great food and a nice ambience. I'd say it's the best food in Karad, and the service is number one. My server Dnyaneshwar gave me the best service, and restaurant manager Sachin was very polite and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean, though housekeeping needs more improvement. Thank you Sapphire Hotel for making my stay pleasant and wonderful.

Pinnacle serves delicious food, and the rooms are clean and spacious. If you're traveling to karad, this is a great place to stay and eat. Special thanks to Capt Priya and her assisstant Mr. Jeevan for prompt, good service.
