I went in to see the rooms, but they weren't willing to show them. How are customers supposed to judge what the rooms look like or whether they're comfortable? That doesn't seem like a proper way to run a hotel or stay.

The food was good quality, and the rooms were neat.

The staff were approachable, and the city center location makes the main places easy to reach within 2-3 km. The room itself wasn't worth the price and wasn't clean. The bed and pillows were untidy, there were no lights in the restroom, and one light had to serve both the restroom and wardrobe. There was a TV, but no connection.

I left after less than five hours because the room was in such poor shape. It was spacious and on the main road, but badly maintained, with dirty bedspreads, curtains hanging down, faded walls, and a bad smell. Management needs to do something to freshen the place up.

It's an affordable, decent place in Karakudi, close to the bus stand. The rooms are okay, though not especially clean, and the old building feels more like a lodge. There's car parking, but it can fill up on muhurtham days.
