I had a very unpleasant stay. The bathroom had no lock, and toiletries weren’t provided. I complained several times that the TV wasn’t working, but they still didn’t fix it. If you’re a tourist hoping to leave early for sightseeing, I wouldn’t choose this place: even after 8:30am they don’t serve breakfast. For an early departure, they’ll just pack bread and jam.

The staff were helpful with directions and making the trip comfortable. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and whenever I brought an issue to their attention, they sorted it out immediately.

Anesha, Ashrul and another staff member were so kind when my mom and I arrived early. They found us a room right away. When we ran into room issues, staff came to help quickly and moved us to another room as soon as one was available, which made the stay hassle-free. Tourist Island is budget-friendly, with clean rooms, a delicious breakfast buffet and a peaceful feel. The staff were helpful and the service was top-notch. It worked well for us, and I’d come back. Thanks to the team for a lovely stay.

It’s only about 10 minutes from the airport and Jetty, which made getting around easy. The rooms were well maintained, the Wi-Fi was good, and room service was excellent. Staff were polite and handled our questions professionally.
