The veg food felt especially comforting after exploring the Andaman's, particularly the daal, jeera rice, and vegetable curry. The fish curry was nice too, though it could have been better. We stayed three days, and the hotel is conveniently placed, about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. It has its own restaurant, a good breakfast spread, and supermarkets and medical facilities within a two-minute walk. The rooms are compact, cozy, and very good. The bathroom was good, though some toiletries were missing, and might be available if requested. There are several food choices, including veg, fish, and chicken. We had a good, cozy stay.

We had a very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone visiting Port Blair. The room was dirty when we arrived, the AC and geyser didn’t work properly, and power cuts made things uncomfortable. Basic items like an iron, water bottles, and tea or coffee supplies weren’t in the room. Reception was unattended when we needed help, and the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Housekeeping was poor too: the room wasn’t cleaned and the sheets weren’t changed unless we asked repeatedly. Other options on the island offer better value and hospitality.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast tasted good and came hot. There were power supply problems, though: our phones wouldn’t charge, and my charger burned out and stopped working. Even after asking reception, we didn’t get some basic things we needed. You also can’t see a mountain from the rooms.

We used Hotel MountView Pristine as our base in Port Blair during our Andaman vacation, and my wife and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were pristine, the whole hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and it made for a relaxing, comfortable place to return to. The staff were attentive and courteous, taking care of our needs promptly. We were impressed by the quality and cleanliness and would happily recommend MountView Pristine.
