The photos online and the actual rooms were worlds apart. What looked neat, spacious, and attractive online was old, dirty, and badly maintained in person, and I honestly felt cheated. The room had a constant bad smell, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, and the bedsheets and pillow covers looked used. We were shocked as soon as we walked in. The whole stay was horrible, and the owner's behavior was very bad. The staff were unprofessional, with no basic customer service or hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Check the reviews carefully before booking. There are better places in portblair, so don't spend your money and peace of mind here.

Hotel Bipasha is near the airport, and during our stay in Andaman we found the food and room service very good. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and relatives.
