The location is a strong point, right next to the RTC Bus Station in a central part of the city. Check-in was smooth and staff hospitality was satisfactory. I stayed one day, and although the rooms looked fine at first, they needed better upkeep and cleaning. The door lock didn’t work properly, so I had to ask staff repeatedly to open it. There were stains on the bedding, and the corridors smelled unpleasant. Empty bottles and used plates had been left there, suggesting housekeeping wasn’t efficient. The ground floor and reception were in relatively good condition, but the upper floors and corridors need attention. Food tasted fine but was average overall, and service was slow. We only got our food after asking several times. It was an average stay. The location and basic service were positives, but hygiene, speed of service, and maintenance need improvement to justify the price.

The rooms are OK, but the restaurant needs work. They serve nutralite instead of butter. The food is far too spicy in general, service takes a long time, and sometimes they bring the wrong items. Non-veg was served in place of veg.

I came to Swetha for lunch after hearing people in Karimnagar talk it up, but it was a disaster. I asked for their best dishes, and they suggested Mutton Burani and Apollo Fish. Both were disappointing. The Apollo Fish was burnt, chewy, and badly overcooked. Mutton Burani had no flavour or freshness and seemed like leftovers from the day before. Given all the hype, the poor quality and taste, and lack of consistency were a letdown. If these are their best dishes, I don’t want to imagine the rest.

The open spaces on every floor are awesome, and the location is easy to find. But the rooms aren’t comfortable. There was no notable service from reception, breakfast, room service, or safety. The interior work needs improvement. Thank you.
