We had traveled 250 km late at night and were exhausted, but the receptionist knocked at 3 AM and argued with us for more than 30 minutes. Their booking policy said check-in at 11 PM and checkout at 12 PM, yet once we arrived they said checkout was at 9 AM. They also say only two guests can stay in a room, but allow more if you pay extra, so the rules seem to change when money is involved. The receptionist was incredibly rude, as if this were a 5-star hotel. There was no comfort or rest, just a sleepless night. The place lacked professionalism, hospitality, and courtesy, and the management seemed shady, money-hungry, and unconcerned about guest comfort. It was my first stay in Karimnagar and the worst lodge experience I've had. Never booking here again.

The smell was so bad that I couldn't sleep. The rooms were dirty, full of insects, and had dusty beds with unwashed sheets. We had booked two rooms for four people, and our small child was irritated by the dust. When I called management, they said rooms were booked and existing customers hadn't checked out. I was disappointed with oyo bookings and wondered how they could fail to check rooms without even basic cleaning. The hotel took the full amount at check-in, even though oyo booking staff said payment was due at checkout. I have the audio calls and attached the booking id. If my family or I get infected because of the unclean hotel, I'll sue in consumer court.

They said all the rooms were booked even though they had rooms. Friends of ours who had recently married had gone to the same hotel just before us, and they were told a room was available. But they wouldn't provide one to us because our Aadhaar cards didn't show the same surname. Such terrible people.

It's a medium budget hotel in a convention centre marriage hall near the bypass, with no restaurant and plenty of parking. We were worried the function would be noisy, but it didn't disturb us. Choose your room accordingly.
