Everyone was kind and humble, and ready to help at any hour. We loved the location and the food, and the service was excellent. It made for one of our best vacations. I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a trip to Saputara.

The breakfast was superb, and the food overall was amazing. The lakefront location is ideal, but there was no JIO network, and the hotel WiFi wasn’t working either. After travelling for more than 7-8 hours, we expected the rooms to be ready, but check-in and service weren’t smooth and they weren’t.

The staff’s conduct left a bad impression. Some senior staff members were misleading, and we were invited to eat with the suggestion that the food was complimentary. After we’d eaten, they expected us to pay, which made for an awkward and unpleasant situation. That isn’t acceptable for a hotel of this standard. The property itself has a lot going for it. Hotel Lake View is close to the main sights in Saputara, and the surroundings are peaceful. The rooms are genuinely spacious, and the view from the back of the hotel is scenic and refreshing. With better staff behavior and more transparency, this place could be much better.

I stopped at the restaurant on my way to Nasik, but didn’t stay at the hotel. It’s on the main road and easy to reach, with parking and wheelchair access. The restaurant is one deck below and has plenty of seating, lots of menu choices, and quick service from polite staff. The restrooms were clean, and they accept cash and QR payments.
