Paradise Inn by OYO Rooms

We came to Pune for work as makeup artists, and the hotel had allocated rooms for 19 wedding guests and makeup artists. Late at night, while we were already asleep, the manager called to say our room was booked under someone else's name, so we had to move to the 5th floor. We adjusted and shifted, then asked for extra bedding. The manager said he'd see, then raised his voice and argued that the whole room change was our fault. How would clients know? The hotel assigns the rooms. This was pathetic, and I've never had hotel staff behave like that. He was unprofessional, rude, and disgusting. My check-in was 20/12/23 and check-out was the next day, so his boss can know who was on duty.

This doesn't feel safe for girls, and the staff aren't supportive. Don't book here.

We arrived very late at night to check in, so we had no choice but to spend the night. The staff weren't very helpful, the rooms smelled bad, the bathroom was filthy, and the sheets were covered in different stains. The rooms weren't clean, and the pictures don't reflect the place. Please skip it and find another option.

There isn't even one shop nearby, and the rooms are tiny. The hotel is hard to find and isolated, far from the highway, and its location doesn't match the postal address. They don't even provide basic toiletries like soap.
