Hotel Sardar

The staff were rude and misbehaved, which made this the worst experience. They make false commitments, then ask for extra money. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked a double bed room, and after 2 to 3 hours my friend arrived. Even though all the rooms were vacant, the reception asked for Rs 1300/ for guest entry. No one likes this kind of experience. Worst experience in the hotel industry.

I would never recommend this hotel. On my stay at Hotel Sardar, Pune, dated 24.07.2025, the room was unclean, the blanket was dirty and hygiene was below basic standards. Water was delayed or unavailable at times, and staff responded carelessly and irresponsibly. The receptionist was rude and uncooperative, with basic courtesy missing. A room key was damaged by mistake, and they charged far more than a fair replacement cost. They also provided no welcome refreshments or basic facilities. The way they behaved about the charge felt uneducated.

I confirmed my room 3 days before arrival, then called on the booking day to say I'd be arriving around midnight. The hotel agreed to have a room ready, but when I got there, the manager said every room was sold out. Arriving in a new city at that hour with senior citizens made this a really bad experience. This hotel isn't reliable, and I wouldn't recommend it.
