I spent two weeks here on a work trip and was comfortable the whole time. The staff in both the restaurant and housekeeping were polite and welcoming, and the hotel is in a quiet spot near the airport. There are plenty of restaurants and food joints within a 5-10 minute walk. For a budget stay, it's great value and has the comforts you'd expect from a three-star hotel, apart from a swimming pool. I'd recommend it if you're visiting Pune and want to stay around Viman Nagar.

Janani deserves a special thanks. Everyone at the restaurant and front desk was warm, professional and helpful, and the food was great. The airport is close by, which made getting around very convenient. I had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel and would happily return. Definitely recommend it.

We arrived at 2 a.m. to find the room ready, and check-in went smoothly thanks to the lovely person at reception. The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and every employee we met was kind and understanding. We checked out a little late, and Janani was a huge help through the whole process. It was an amazing stay.

We ordered Paneer Lababdar from the QR menu at Lemon Tree Hotel, Viman Nagar, yesterday. We'd eaten it there countless times before, always with red gravy, so the yellow version they brought was a shock. The garlic taste was overpowering and the dish was nearly inedible. We asked for a replacement made with the usual red gravy, but staff didn't prepare a fresh dish. They appeared to color the same gravy and serve it again as if it were new. The amount, pieces and awful taste were all the same. It was obvious and felt insulting. That was disappointing and very unprofessional, and it felt like an attempt to fool customers. We didn't expect this from Lemon Tree. Please look into it. This experience has made us reconsider coming back.
