Lemon Tree Premier City Center Pune

The view from the 7th floor was amazing, and the hotel was clean and really nice during my five-day stay. Breakfast was good, though there weren't many options for non-Indians. There is a live station making eggs and pancakes. We ate there for breakfast, lunch and dinner most days, and the food was nice. Service was great, too. The reception staff were very friendly and polite with us, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience and would highly recommend the hotel.

The convenient location made getting around and reaching key areas easy, and the service was a real strength. Reception were helpful, and the housekeeping team were some of the humblest and most helpful I've come across. They made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had plenty of good options. The live counter could have been better: pancakes, dosa and omelets didn't meet expectations during my stay, and many other guests complained too. The rest of the buffet more than made up for that. I had a very pleasant stay at Lemon Tree Premier and would recommend it.

Citrus Café's breakfast buffet had a wide spread, from local dishes to international favorites, and everything tasted fresh. I also liked the evening atmosphere at Slounge, with good music and excellent finger food. The fitness center and rooftop pool were well maintained, and the location made it easy to reach business hubs and sightseeing spots. My room was spacious, spotless and contemporary, with a very comfortable bed and large windows for natural light and a good view. The hotel balances a business feel with a relaxed, close-to-home atmosphere. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was polite, proactive and genuinely helpful. The dining staff were attentive without hovering, and I appreciated the management's attention to guest satisfaction and inclusivity. The Lemon Tree fragrance in the lobby and the warm, efficient check-in made me feel welcome right away. Lemon Tree Premier exceeded my expectations across the board. Whether for business or a family getaway, it's an outstanding choice with premium comfort at a reasonable price. I'll be back on my next visit.
