There wasn’t any real service here. The manager just kept making excuses and trying to butter us up. Our room had no towel, kettle, TV, or tea, coffee, and milk packets. After we asked four or five times, they brought a towel and kettle. Then they said there were no milk packets, so we should have black tea or black coffee.

The poor hygiene and service made this a really disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the place. I was there for around 5-6 days. The room cleaning was very bad: the toilets weren’t cleaned, and the bin still had the previous dirt in it. Breakfast was delivered to the room instead of being served as a buffet, and it wasn’t even covered properly. I had to call twice just to get tea and coffee. Treebo usually provides a free water bottle after the room is cleaned each day, but I didn’t get one. Instead, I was charged extra for bottles and wasn’t given a proper bill, which felt very unprofessional. The hotel is on the outskirts, and the lane leading there is extremely narrow and feels unsafe, especially at night. I wouldn’t consider it suitable for women travelling alone. The hygiene and service were far below what I expected.

This was our company’s second visit, and my company has also raised these issues with the team. The balcony was a total mess with bird droppings, and we had to fight just to get the complimentary water bottles at check-in. There were none offered otherwise. The reception staff were too arrogant and showed us no respect. It also felt like they wouldn’t respect you if you don’t speak marathi. I’d suggest booking elsewhere.

The room was really nice, and the service person was very good. The manager is a nice guy too. Fabulous hotel! 👍👍😍🤩🛏️
