Cockroaches all over the room, a leaking toilet, a broken washbasin tap, and a toilet jet spray that didn’t work. The door lock handle was broken too, and the TV didn’t work. There was no room freshener. Cleaning was poor. They just pushed the garbage under the bed instead of removing it. Don’t go to this hotel; the service is bad and it’s the worst.

The location was great, and the room and service were just what I’d want from a hotel. The breakfast was great too. Everything about the stay felt amazing, and I’ll definitely book here again.

I had a horrible stay and it wasn’t worth the money. The staff weren’t helpful and didn’t provide the basic amenities promised when I booked. The shower gel was empty; I contacted reception, but they didn’t give me any. I asked for soap too, and that wasn’t provided in time. The room was extremely dirty, and the toilet was in terrible condition. The bathroom was unhygienic, hadn’t been cleaned properly, and had unpleasant odours. A very bad smell hung throughout the place. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were incredibly unprofessional. Anil and Dinesh shouldn’t be in customer-facing roles; they seemed completely incompetent and unable to do their jobs. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. If I could leave zero stars, I would. DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS ABYSMAL.
