10/10
The restaurant had tasty food and enough choices for different tastes, and its ambience added to the experience. Staff welcomed me as soon as I arrived and made me feel valued. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable mix of luxury. What stood out most was the attention to detail and service. Room service, housekeeping, and the front desk all handled things smoothly.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families. The rooms were cramped, and the room, bed, and linen were just okay. It’s the same property as Treebo Emerald Village, listed under different names on Treebo and Fab. The AC wasn’t working, so they moved us to another room. The diesel generator ran most of the time and brought noise and smell. Something’s definitely wrong, and I’m not sure how it got a 4.8 rating. A firm no.

There were no staff around, the rooms weren’t clean, the toilets were broken, and the bedsheets and pillows were extremely dirty. When we asked about it at 10 pm, we were told all the bedsheets had been sent to the laundry. I would have given zero stars if I could.

The breakfast had lots of choices and was excellent. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. It’s a wonderful hotel in a great location, ideal for a relaxing getaway.

For my son’s chess tournament at MIT College of Engineering, I booked a Deluxe room for three nights. The college is only 2.5 km from the hotel. The room was clean and had A/C, the breakfast was good, and the staff were caring. It was a relaxing trip. Full 10/10, and I’ll book here on future trips.
