Nirmal went out of his way to bring us food at midnight while we were fasting, and that really made the stay memorable. Laxman ji was also kind and welcoming. The staff were attentive, helpful, and polite throughout. Our room was fresh and well kept, and the bathroom was spotless without any unpleasant smell. We had a very comfortable stay at Itsy Hotel Iconic and would gladly come back. I’d recommend it.

The front desk person was very polite and helpful. Our room wasn’t especially large, but it was clean, and the washroom was clean too. The location is good, though the approach road and nearby area are still under construction.

There’s limited parking, no lift, and development is still going on around the property. Even so, we had a great stay. The food was great, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the service was wonderful. It’s in a good spot in the baner area. I’d recommend it for solo travellers and couples.

The room was clean and the atmosphere peaceful. Breakfast and the other food were tasty, simple, and home-like. All the staff spoke politely, and manager laxman sir helped make our stay pleasant.

Being close to balewadi high street was handy, and the rooms were clean and good. The food was great too. The unlimited complimentary breakfast is a nice perk. We had a nice stay.
