I’ve known this place since it first opened, and it used to have a lot more life to it. The rooms are still clean and hygienic, and the staff are kind and willing to help. The restaurant food is good and fairly priced. The water park and open areas could use more care, though, and the whole place felt dull during my stay of more than a day. There wasn’t any lively music in either the restaurant or the water park. With some attention to maintenance and atmosphere, it could get back the vibrance it had before.

A few years ago the water park was well maintained, but that’s no longer the case. It’s in awful condition now, with baby mosquitoes swimming alongside us and human filth and debris from nearby trees in the water. You’re bound to get some in your mouth on the rides. I ended up vomiting after I got back, and my wife and child are sick too. Once you’ve paid at the gate, there’s nothing you can do. The lunch package is tasty, but you could skip it and eat chole bhature, vada pav, Maggi, or similar food inside.

We go to Santosa Hotel regularly, and it’s been a great experience every time. The food is always fresh and really tasty, and the place is kept very clean and hygienic. Highly recommend it for a good meal 😋

The water park is conveniently located for people in the PCMC area, and I visited today with family and friends. It was much more crowded than its capacity. The pools, changing rooms, and open shower area also weren’t maintained properly, so cleanliness and hygiene need a lot of improvement.

The water was dirty, smelled unpleasant, and didn’t look clean. My niece came away with red eyes. The water quality and hygiene at this water park need a lot of improvement.
