Hotel Globe

The manager and staff were really good. I appreciated them.

It was a nice stay, and the rooms felt like good value for the money. They also do a good job keeping things clean. If you're staying in Karnal, I'd choose this place.

Nice hotel, and the staff are good.

The good part was that the rooms were clean, and management admitted the mistake and offered a discount after we complained. We had booked two Deluxe AC rooms about two weeks ahead and called twice on the arrival date to check everything was set. They gave us two rooms, but only one was Deluxe. When we raised it, we were told in Hindi, “We only have one such room. How can we give you two?” The staff member later admitted the rest were already booked. The air conditioning units weren't working either, and he claimed we'd been given non-AC rooms. We showed him the booking, and then the ACs were switched on. We had no further issue because we went to sleep. The next morning we told management what we thought, and they agreed to give us some discount. Hopefully they'll learn from it.
