No power backup, no water, no TV, and the AC wasn't cooling. The fan made a loud noise, and the room wasn't clean, with seepage on the walls and no almirah. There was no parking, the food was bad, and the staff were pathetic and looked like goons. When you ask them for something, they don't respond well. I wouldn't recommend this for families or educated people. It was a nightmare, the most disgusting place listed on Oyo.
It's reasonably priced and close to the main National Highway. Room service was up to standard, and the people here are very cooperative. Gandhi Kitchen is also nearby, about 500m away, where you can get superb food at a very reasonable price.
We waited a long time during check-in, then found the rooms unclean and very unhygienic. They hadn't changed the bedsheets from the previous check-in. At night there were so many mosquitoes that we couldn't sleep. A pathetic experience, the worst hotel stay of my life.
The room and staff were both great. The staff were loyal and helpful, and I'm glad I chose this hotel. Looking forward to booking it again soon 😊😊.
I've had better stays at other hotels with lower room rates. This place was totally messed up, and the reception guys had a very “desi” style about them, making faces when guests made requests.
