I won’t be returning to this AC bar at highway castle. The service was below average, and the way customers are handled needs serious work. I expected much more professionalism, and found the visit very unpleasant.

The restaurant looks premium and is nicely designed, and it’s easy to reach right by the national highway. Parking is okay, though it’s very close to the road and there was no assistance. The staff seemed professional, and the service felt good. But the prices are too high for the food quality. The sadya on leaf was very average and nothing special in taste. It felt like you’re paying mainly for the ambience.

For what they charge, I expected much better. The atmosphere wasn’t welcoming, the food quality fell short, and the staff weren’t attentive. Service was extremely slow. I wouldn’t recommend this resto bar unless they make serious improvements to the service.

The manager seems rude and reluctant to give higher numbers. The way things are handled doesn’t feel professional for a 3-star hotel.

The room was okay, and the food was good. Staff service was really good too. It’s very close to town, with the railway station just a couple of kilometres away.
