The hotel is right on the highway, about 20 km from Mall Road in Kasauli, and there’s no lift. The manager and staff were polite and helpful, but the room standard was a bit low. Cigarette smoke filled both the room and the whole floor, and the room exhaust fan wasn’t working. We asked to move, but they said it was their last room. The food tasted good, though it was very expensive.

The staff made our stop on the way to Kasauli a really enjoyable one. Mr. Keerat was especially helpful with my two kids, carrying my luggage and taking care of my little requests. He even had bottles sterilised for my 9-month-old. The food was so good I couldn’t stop eating, and since I don’t eat spicy food, the chef made a non-spicy chicken dish just for me. Thanks to everyone there.

Parking wasn't an issue, and the staff were courteous with fine service. The room was good, though the bathroom was just normal. The food was good too. It's a regular hotel, not a resort with open space or a garden to relax in.1p0

The seating was really nice. I’d come here for an outing from Panchkula, and my friend keeps coming back for Maggi. Try the vegetable Maggi.
