The people here really look after their guests. The service was lovely, and everyone was helpful, especially kamdev in the restaurant, along with the manager and Bani at the front desk.
8/10
The restaurant was a highlight for me: the food and service were both very good, and the staff were courteous. I had a wonderful stay overall. Room service could be quicker and more efficient, though, and the toilets need better cleaning and upkeep.
10/10
We had dinner here with the family and ordered Indian and Chinese dishes from the à la carte menu instead of having the buffet. Everything was fresh and tasty. Hussain and Sukhmati were especially caring and attentive, and the whole team was friendly and professional. Thanks to both of them for looking after us so warmly.
8/10
The restaurant staff were lovely, especially Mr. Shadab, who paid close attention to our requests and our child’s food needs. The food was yummy, and room service arrived on time. Everyone we met was courteous and friendly. A great hotel with a really helpful staff.
10/10
The rooms are a little old and renovations were going on, but the service was exceptional, especially from Bhoop Singh. We had a great family stay, and the kids enjoyed it.
