Hotel Alfa

They took my phone and wrote a review themselves to raise their ratings on Google Maps and other apps. That's dishonest and misleading to future customers. I booked two rooms. Check-in was at 12 PM, but they gave me only one room then, and I waited about 2.5 hours for the second. After I'd spent three hours in the first room, staff suddenly said it wasn't actually mine and told me to move. The delays and poor room management made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The location was good, but the service, cleanliness, room condition, and TV were all disappointing. The photos show a limited selection of rooms, while the rest are very old. During my two-day booking, I was moved between three rooms. On arrival, the smart room they gave me had a completely broken plastic toilet seat cover. I explained that my daughter is an infant and couldn't use that commode, so they moved us. The next room had a tiny bathroom, and there was no cartoon channel on the TV. After I asked for cartoons, they shifted us again to a triple bed room and said we'd have to change rooms the next day. The following day, they moved us again. When I asked for cartoons then, they said the TV didn't have access to those channels. The TV wasn't up to standard, cleanliness was a major issue, and the rooms were in poor condition. Look at the photo and you'll understand.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the price was very affordable. Staff were well-mannered and friendly, with good, refreshing service. It felt secure for couples and families, with proper security and modern welfare. A very good experience. Must visit if you come to Lucknow.

The rooms are a little small, but they're good, and the hotel is close to Lucknow station. Staff were cooperative, and we felt good staying here. A really nice, budget-friendly hotel.
