I booked the room on 25th May, expecting basic cleanliness and facilities, but it was extremely unhygienic and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. We also spent over an hour without electricity because there was no backup. They didn't provide soap for the washroom or drinking water. Maintenance and service were far below acceptable, and it wasn't worth the money. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
The caretaker made me uncomfortable. We forgot to lock the door one night, and just as we were about to sleep, he opened it and walked in without knocking. The AC hadn't been serviced and didn't cool, the TV was broken, and there was no room service. None of the rooms have windows. It was a third-class experience, and I won't come back.
There wasn't any water available at the hotel, so bring your own. The room was a little untidy, but the staff were cooperative and changed the bedsheet and blanket covers for me.
Rooms are good quality, and the staff are the best.
The surroundings are really peaceful, and the service and accommodation at your hotel are excellent.
