OYO Townhouse 244 Munshipuliya

The little balcony in my room was cute, but the rest of the stay left me unhappy. We couldn't get extra plates even after waiting a long time, and the service wasn't good. The complimentary breakfast was just poha and tea in a small bowl, with very little to eat. The room was small for the price, and there was no parking. They also didn't provide basic toiletries like shampoo, a toothbrush, toothpaste, or body wash. When we asked, they said OYO doesn't provide them. There were no bathroom slippers or shower caps either.

We were told to leave the hotel at night after we complained about the bedsheet. It had someone else's hair on it, and staff refused to change it because they had no spare. The bed was broken, and so was the bathroom seat. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with tobacco stains everywhere. Staff were rude and uncooperative. A waste of money, and the hotel's upkeep and OYO's service seem to be getting worse with poor management and maintenance.

This place doesn't qualify as a townhouse, and I'd never visit again. The rooms were smelly and shady, the AC barely worked, and the floor was broken. The walls were stained, the bedsheet was dirty, and the room didn't have enough light.

I'd give less than one star if I could. The rooms were the dirtiest I've ever seen, and staff weren't cooperative at all. They wouldn't even change the bedsheets when I asked to switch rooms. There was no service to speak of. Don't waste your money here.
