It’s a long way from the market, so we had to order online for anything we needed. The rooms were clean and in good shape, but the bathrooms are so small that bathing is difficult.

The AC wasn't working. We called the staff, and they came to repair it, but the service was very poor and the staff were rude.

We paid online in advance for two days, but still weren't allowed to check in until the full amount was paid. For what they charged, the room and service weren't worth it. The linen was worn out, hygiene was poor, the washroom wasn't maintained, and the toilet door had no lock.

The room was unclean, the bedsheet dirty, and water supply and other basic amenities were lacking. Hospitality was poor as well. The staff were awful and didn't know how to treat customers, and the manager was rude and arrogant. They speak nicely before taking payment, but when a guest has a problem, he uses bad language and acts in a coercive way. A terrible experience.

We booked online, but on check-in day they refused to give us a room and told us to claim a refund. After we kept asking, they showed us a room that was horrible: broken door handles, a bad smell, a torn bedsheet, and broken glass on the table. We didn't check in, and now they're refusing our refund. It's an Oyo hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
