The room wasn’t clean, and neither the TV nor the shower worked properly. The shower was broken, and the whole stay was not a very good experience. 😒

I couldn’t sleep all night. I called the room service boy to turn on the TV and AC, but got no response. The cleaning was 0%, and both the air conditioner and television seemed to be wall decorations only. Very bad service and a total waste of money. Please don’t stay there. 🙏🙏

The location is beautiful and peaceful, and it’s near BBD University Lucknow. The staff provided nice service, and the hotel itself is nice.

The price was within my budget, and the amenities were great. The staff were excellent, especially the manager. I’d give it five stars. I’d just suggest opening a restaurant too, which would benefit us.

The AC was great, but the TV didn’t work. I’d rate the staff and cleanliness 0/5, and the washroom 1/5. Budget gets 3/5: ₹700-800 for one person and ₹1,000 for two.
