FabHotel SS Grandeur

The food was costly, and the rooms were full of mosquitoes. The bedsheet wasn’t clean either. In the bathroom, the toilet was dirty and smelled foul, and the exhaust fan wasn’t working, which made it worse.

We feel cheated and completely disappointed by Hotel SS Grandeur. The event was spoiled by false promises and poor hospitality. The staff were lazy, unprofessional, and slow throughout, and served food and snacks carelessly, with no respect for our guests. It ruined our reputation in front of them. Manager Mr. Alok Prakash was polite at first and asked us to pay in full upfront, which we trusted and did. After payment, the attitude changed completely. We strongly advise everyone against booking this hotel for an engagement, wedding, or family function. We felt insulted and humiliated, and the service from Alok Prakash and his staff was very poor and unacceptable.

The staff were rude and not very helpful, and breakfast timing was said to be 8 to 10 AM. People had been waiting since 8AM, but the buffet didn’t start until 9 AM. The rooms were very bad and mouldy, while the bathroom was dirty and had broken fittings. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I suggest not staying here.

I booked a room through Ratnesh Mishra, the manager of the above floor Groove bar and lounge. He took an advance payment into his personal account. When I found out about him, I cancelled, but he refused to accept the cancellation, kept making excuses, and blocked me. I believe he is a fraud.
