After travelling for 12 hours, we arrived to a room that smelled awful. The washroom was filthy and hadn’t even been flushed. Worst hotel ever.
10/10
Nice ambience, good vibes, and a premium location. The service was good, and the staff were supportive.
2/10
Please don’t book this hotel. The rooms were in very poor condition, service from the staff was bad, there was no TV, and we had power cuts. We were staying as two people, and when some friends came to meet us, staff said they weren’t allowed to.
2/10
Late at night there was loud music and people shouting in the corridors, and the noise was unbearable. It took ages to get help because the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The room felt outdated and dirty, with a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, and there was hair all over the shower and sink. The sheets were stained and looked as though they hadn’t been changed in days. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it.
4/10
The staff were quite okay, but the stay wasn’t worth the 1600 rupees I paid for one night. It might be okay at 500 rupees, but the room was small, the AC remote didn’t work, and the bathroom tap was broken. I had to ask for a bathroom kit before they provided one. A disappointing experience with oyo.
