We visited Kasauli last month and booked this hotel by phone, paying an advance online. They told us it was about 3 km from Kasauli market, but the location they gave us was wrong, and the hotel was actually 10 km away. When we raised this, the owner argued with us and refused to reimburse our payment. We also filed an online police report. The view is amazing and the property is good, but I felt misled about the location and robbed of our money. The owner's behaviour was bad, and they had no sense of how to speak to customers. Please don’t visit.

I’ve never had such a bad experience. The brokers and owner were the worst, only telling lies about the location. They took our pre-booking money. If it were up to me, I’d give them zero stars.

The location was very poor and much too far from Kasauli. They kept us in the dark, only telling lies, then sent us another location. Minus 1,000 stars.
