Hotel Shivalik is a great choice for a peaceful stay, offering clean and spacious rooms with beautiful mountain views. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the experience warm and comfortable, while the food is fresh and delicious. Its quiet location away from crowds adds to the relaxing vibe, yet it’s still close enough to explore Kasauli easily. Overall, a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. ⭐ 5/5

Our stay at the resort was truly memorable and relaxing. The property is well designed with beautiful views and clean facilities. The food quality was impressive, and the hospitality was outstanding. It’s an ideal place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway.
I booked a Premium Room, but sadly the “premium” tag was only for the price, not for the experience. The fridge was nothing more than a showpiece — completely non-functional. Because of that, my daughter’s milk got spoiled, which was extremely disappointing. The in-room telephone was also there just for decoration, not for use. Dinner was fine — credit where it’s due. But breakfast was a disaster. Hygiene seemed like a forgotten concept: bananas and papayas were cut and left uncovered, waiting for germs to feast. Omelets were kept out so long that they looked like they were about to grow wings
