Their chana chole was delicious and came in a generous portion. The room was cozy and comfortable, and for the price, it was excellent value. I had a delightful stay here.

We got a room for two through Oyo for Rs1000, which felt okay for the price. It's in Parwanoo, not Kasauli, right on the main road. There's free open parking, but no view at all. The bed and lighting were okay, and there was ventilation, but insects still got into the room with the doors and windows shut, which was a really poor experience. The AC wasn't working properly and seemed unmaintained, and the TV had the same issue. There wasn't really a cupboard. Room service was passable, nothing special, though the owner was polite. Breakfast was included, but portions were limited to 2 parathe per person, so it wasn't an all-you-can-eat buffet.

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The room itself was okay, but the bedding was awful. They gave us used sheets and a blanket that smelled really bad, and I got rashes all over my legs from it. My legs were so itchy. The bedding was the worst.

We stayed one night, and this was nowhere near what Oyo usually offers. The food was homely, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. Oyo really needs to take this review into account if it wants to stay in customers' good books. The manager seemed decent at first, but responded very differently when we asked for help. Of the four rooms we booked, one had dirty blankets. When asked to replace them, he said the ones in the almirah were all he could offer, then went to sleep in the next room. He banged his door, muttered some abuses, and locked himself inside. The next morning, another room had no water in the washroom. The helper told the guest to sleep for now and said they'd look into it later. Our family was already unwell and urgently needed water for the morning routine. We had to raise our voices as customers to get anything done. What kind of response is that?

We left without morning tea because there was no service. There was no intercom, and staff wouldn't answer the mobile numbers they had provided. We couldn't get room service despite calling. The food and staff were both awful, making this one of my worst stays.
