Kochi Marriott Hotel

Breakfast had plenty of variety and was excellent quality, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our visit. We truly enjoyed our fantastic stay at Marriott Lulu Cochin and would highly recommend it.

The reception staff were polite and had a good attitude, and the ambience was decent, though not fully satisfying. Our experience wasn’t completely bad, but there are management issues to improve. Cleanliness was only average, with some used product boxes under the bed. Breakfast was the main letdown: the omelet and dosa arrived after a long wait, even after we reminded staff twice. Tea ordered at the counter was acknowledged but never brought, so we had to wait and ask another staff member before we got it.

The hotel is right next to Lulu Mall, which made it easy to spend some leisure time there. We visited between Christmas and New Year, and the seasonal decorations looked lovely. Our room had an amazing view, the staff were very warm and hospitable, and the food was excellent.

It was hard to leave this truly excellent, safe hotel, which is close to the mall by golf car. The restaurant team were top notch. We especially enjoyed the perfect chai and filter coffee, along with the breakfast selection. Dinner was delicious and varied too. Thanks to Sony and Thahir, and to manager John, who helped make our visit seamless. This was the cleanest and neatest Mariott I have visited.
