I stayed for two weeks. The staff were consistently polite, which was the most memorable part. The rooms felt cramped and had old furniture, and the hotel sits a little off the way, with an entrance that's hard to spot. Breakfast wasn't good. The idlis were cold, so I started skipping it. The nearest restaurant was 1 km away, and I usually got dinner there because there wasn't another convenient choice unless I wanted to walk farther.

The same poor breakfast was served every day, and it costs only 20 to 30 rs outside. The entrance felt like walking into an old warehouse. I told the staff about my problems several times, but nothing got resolved. They also didn't seem to have enough capable staff or know how to serve properly. I stayed here for a long time, and it was my worst experience. I could write a whole story, but I don't have the time. I was surprised by the hotel's rating. This review could go on...

We arrived at 1 am and left at 11 am, after booking another hotel to finish our stay. We had booked through the OYO app. The first room we were given had a nonworking air conditioner, so they moved us. Bed bugs were the first thing I noticed in the second room, which was a complete turnoff. The receptionist was rude on top of that. I wish I could stop everyone booking this hotel from staying there. I hope this review keeps someone else from having a bad time.

The food was really delicious, and the hotel staff were cooperative. The room was just okay, though the entrance didn't make much of an impression. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

There aren't any good restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood gets 2/5 from me. The place is congested, also 2/5, and ventilation is poor, 2/5. Room service and staff were better, at 4/5.
