The room was comfortable and spacious, the service was very good, and the buffet had a wide spread. There were plenty of TV channels too. The dosa was very good, though the chutney and sambar weren’t. Maybe they were adjusted for foreign palates? :) The gym is small, with no room for stretching or mat exercises. There are no signs in the lift lobby showing the floor numbers, especially at ground level. The area looks industrial, and the neighborhood felt unfriendly at night.

That little pancake plate saying “see you soon” at checkout nearly made me cry, yaar. Each staff member made the stay such a lovely delight with their thoughtful gestures. Check-in was smooth and considerate, with lovely small talk and a welcome gift that made my day. While I waited for my cab, someone checked if I wanted a takeaway coffee since I hadn’t had a beverage. It made me feel at home. Keep it up! We talk about this sort of client experience and delight in our workshops, and you’re living it through and through.

Breakfast was the highlight for me at Vivanta Navi Mumbai, Turbhe. It was fresh and delicious, with great variety and presentation. Special thanks to Chef Bharti Chaudhary for the tasty food and personal touch. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth and well managed. I had a wonderful stay.

Had lunch with my colleagues. The food quality was very nice, and most of it seemed freshly made. Food lovers can enjoy it, and the desserts were very nice too. I didn’t feel there was much variety, though. The selection seemed limited that day, but I’m not sure whether it’s usually like that or there were other reasons. The cost is comparable to hotels and restaurants of this kind. I didn’t stay there, so I can’t comment on the rooms.
