Hotel Concord Galaxy

The rooms are untidy, with no fan, window, or other opening for ventilation. The whole hotel is very compact and has a foul smell, and there are no lifts. Not recommended at all.

The location is convenient, on the main road near the airport and station, but there are only stairs, no lift, which could be hard for older people who can't climb them. I was alone in a very congested room with old walls and peeling paint. There was no intercom and no fan, just AC. The bathroom tap was very old and broke while I was showering, so I had to fix it temporarily myself. They mainly serve non-vegetarian food. If you want vegetarian dishes, they'll give you a menu from another restaurant and bring the order in. I think they should add more veg choices, improve the room and bathroom fittings, and put an intercom in the rooms. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good either.

Outside food is allowed, including Swiggy and Zomato, and the staff keep the hotel clean. The location is about as good as you could ask for, right where the two Marol Naka metro lines meet. I'd recommend it for solo travelers.

We were charged a high price for a very bad experience. The ambience wasn't good, and the location wasn't good either. Rooms are cramped and not properly cleaned, with dust everywhere. There are only 13-14 rooms, all on the ground floor. When you order something, you have to pay the service person right away because they use a nearby restaurant for orders. If you're looking for somewhere near bars or clubs, this might be okay for you. Otherwise, I highly don't recommend it. 👎
