The food was very poor, and breakfast still wasn’t ready by 9:15 AM. We also had repeated electricity problems. When we got up early to get ready, the power was out again; water came very slowly from the taps, so we couldn’t switch on the geyser or take a proper bath. Careless, unprofessional management ruined our whole weekend. The worst experience, and definitely not recommended if you want a peaceful, comfortable stay.
What made our stay special was the calm atmosphere and the stunning mountain and forest views. The rooms were neat, spacious, and had private balconies. Food quality was excellent, and the whole experience felt peaceful and refreshing.
A cool place to get away from noisy cities. The property is awesome, the staff are wonderfully mannered and trained, and the food tastes delicious. It was a well-spent holiday.
The hotel rooms were falling apart, and the bedsheets and blankets in our rooms were dirty. I believe they had never been replaced or washed. Service and food quality were far below the rating. If you want to waste your money and ruin your trip, I highly recommend booking this hotel.
Last week I stayed here with my family and rented a 2BHK suite. The rooms were spacious and attractive, but the stay didn’t meet our expectations. Floors weren’t cleaned properly, and room service was too slow. We had to call reception for small items like a tooth kit, coffee, and a kettle, even though these should have been in the room at check-in. They did bring a kettle, but it didn’t work and seemed out of order. I would consider staying again in the near future, but these things need attention.
