Kasauli hill Crest

Late at night, people kept knocking on my room door and arguing that I should leave, even though my payment was settled. It left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, and the stay wasn’t satisfactory. The property needs to improve how it handles security and guests. I wouldn’t recommend it to families or couples looking for a peaceful, secure stay.

The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, with lovely surrounding hill views. It was nicely designed and kept, a great spot to sit, relax, and take in the scenery. We booked a two-bedroom apartment at The Hillcrest Homestay in the Maverick Hills area, and it exceeded our expectations. Both rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, each with its own balcony and beautiful, relaxing hill views. The washrooms were clean and well maintained too. It was a peaceful, memorable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Kasauli.

The location was good, and I liked the rooms’ size and layout. But almost everything in the room was broken, including the main door locks, and there were insects in every corner. The lifts only hold four people and can stop between floors if overloaded. Restaurant service was pathetic. We waited nearly 30 minutes for each order.

Mr. Sushil, the manager, was exceptionally hospitable and professional, and he made sure every detail of our stay was right. I had a wonderful night at Hillcrest. The penthouse felt luxurious, with classy interiors, stunning views, and a sophisticated vibe. If you’re after a premium stay, Hillcrest is the place.
