I’m replying to the apology message. A bathroom should at least be tidy, but this one wasn’t cemented, so after bathing the water soaked the bed. They should have replaced it. Mosquitoes were everywhere and we barely slept, probably losing a lot of blood. There was no parking, and I was told to leave my car at the railway station. I paid Rs. 100, but they said they wouldn’t be responsible for theft. In the morning, they even asked me to get the parking lot key from a nearby jewelry shop to open it. Please understand what it’s like for someone unfamiliar with the area to end up at a place like this. OYO rooms is responsible too. This is the worst lodging I’ve ever booked through booking.com. Please remove it from your listing.

The room and bed were good, and the place is near town. Booking with Oyo may get you better offers. Mosquitoes are a serious problem, though, and the bathroom left a negative impression. They also didn’t keep the documents I gave them at reception safely. I got my Aadhaar back with a tear in it. 🥲

There’s no food service at the hotel itself, but plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants nearby. It’s close to the municipal bus stand and railway station in Palakkad, behind Noorjahan hotel and opposite Bombey Deying. Best hotel in palakkad city.

For the quality of the rooms, the price is way too high. I couldn’t sleep because the ventilation was poor and there were mosquitoes.
