Rudra Resort

The hotel's location is good, but the rooms need work. Our phone receiver was broken, the shower was broken too, and the flush button on the commode seat didn't work. Also, online booking sites don't give you an option to choose an extra bed. At the hotel, they ask you to pay for one, so if you're travelling with kids, check before booking whether an extra bed is included in the price.

From the room balcony, you look out over a pine valley, and the location is good. The rooms are decent, though not luxurious, and there's an in-house restaurant with decent food. We did have problems with the hot water and the bathroom flush.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and nicely done, and the staff were friendly. Food was tasty and had a homely feel. My girlfriend really liked the property, and we had a lovely, peaceful stay together. It’s surrounded by green trees and has a very good view. There’s also a bonfire option for an extra charge. The resort is about 50 metres off the main road, which keeps it quiet and calm.

Rudra Resort felt homely and made it easy to relax during our recent visit to Kasauli. Mr. Gaurav was especially welcoming and helpful, going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We had an amazing stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a cozy, hospitable place in Kasauli.
