The valley views were the part that made us want to get up early. Over breakfast, we could look out at the hills, pine slopes, and winding mountain roads, and later watch the evening colours change. It’s a peaceful setting, even though Kasauli and nearby attractions are easy to reach. You can stay away from the traffic, noise, and crowds that come with busy tourist seasons. We’d asked for a few things before arriving, and the team had remembered and tried to accommodate them. Everyone we dealt with was polite, attentive, and ready to help. Special thanks to Mr manpreet singh and ms sanjana for making check-in such a good experience. The property was also carefully kept, from the shared areas and restaurant to the gardens and viewing deck with its flowers and greenery. Breakfast had plenty to choose from: live dosa, crispy vadas with sambar, poha, fresh accompaniments, tea, coffee, and baked items. Everything was prepared well, and the valley made the meal even nicer. Our extra requests were taken care of too. We had a comfortable, memorable stay at Surya Fern, Dharampur, and would happily recommend it to families, couples, or anyone after a quiet hill break. We’d love to return. Thoughtful service and a beautiful setting summed it up for us.

The pool was filthy, seemed to have no proper filtration, and had no attendant to supervise or maintain it. There weren’t any towels for guests either. Our room wasn’t clean, and the washroom was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The hygiene and upkeep across the property were shocking. The whole trip was a disappointment, with terrible service and no regard for guest comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The pool and garden were among the top quality amenities, and the staff made us feel welcome. We had a great holiday here, with lovely surroundings, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. I’d recommend it to couples and families.

The evening bonfire made the stay feel cozy and memorable. The resort is well cared for and sits among peaceful hills, so it suited a relaxing getaway. Staff were warm, courteous, and ready to help, with quick, well-managed service throughout. We also really liked the food, especially the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of fresh, tasty options. A peaceful, comfortable place, and one I’d recommend.
